Spring is almost upon us and those around me are getting ready for Spring Break and with that the swimsuit season. This is the time that they are calling “shredding season” and they begin to eat better and workout.
Whatever the workout of choice is, most of us are looking for motivation and accountability. The best way for those of us who use Bullet Journals to hold ourselves accountable is with trackers. Once you’ve created the tracker, that empty space that you need to check daily will taunt you, trust me in this!

Keeping yourself accountable for workouts, weight gain, what you eat, etc will help you stay on track and less chance of failing.
