As you may be aware, the Keto diet or healthy way to live is all the rage. I can personally tell you that this is my third successful round. I’ve lost 7 pounds this week alone! However, this time, it is now my way of life. Following a keto diet doesn’t have to be time consuming nor expensive. I’ve compiled my favorite keto meals, snacks, fat bombs, you name it, all in this easy to save location. Remember as you look through these to be sure what the carbs are. Fall is my favorite time of the year. Here in Iowa, the leaves turn the most beautiful shades of gold, red and orange. Against the backdrop of the stately homes, it is simply stunning. We spend our days watching the Iowa State Cyclones, parades, playing football in our yards and running inside to warm up with comforting foods that are bursting with flavor and fill the home with the aromas we’ve come to associate with fall.
