Per the FTC regulations, this is a full explanation of how and when I am compensated on chasingabetterlife.com.
Chasingabetterlife.com began as a way to help others chase the better life they desire. It was inspired by friends and family who were always inquiring about my side hustles, money saving, recipes, etc.
Running a blog has costs associated (hosting fees, domain name, blog theme, my own time, etc.) and in order to recoup those funds, there are many ways in which I am compensated.
My integrity and the integrity of chasingabetterlife.com is of the utmost importance to me. I will never promote anything that I fully do not believe in, even if offered to be compensated for it. You will rarely if at all, see reviews that I am compensated for. If I am, it will be products I actually use and readers find interest in. Any reviews will be my true and honest feelings on products.
UNDERWRITTEN POSTS / PRODUCT REVIEWS
On occasion, I will accept a product review if it is a product I would actually use, it lines up with my blog, and I my readers would be interested. Reviews are my honest opinion based on my use of the product. If a product or service is mentioned, and you do not see the disclaimer on the page, I was not compensated for it and I wanted to share my experience.
I may also be compensated through sales or leads generated through affiliate marketing links.
I will never use links solely for the purpose of money. It will be companies I truly believe in and use.
Some of my personal favorite companies that I use and promote are:
- Amazon (I am a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associate Program)
Clicking on an affiliate link and making a purchase or signing up for a service will be earning me a commission and helping me to keep up with costs associated with running the blog.
I do use Mediavine ads.
