It’s no longer a secret
Chaffles have taken the low carb/ keto world by storm due to their versatility, easily changing from savory to sweet and from 'buns' or 'sandwich bread' to a delicious dessert. For those on a low carb/ keto lifestyle missing bread, this is the answer you have been looking for!
How do you make a chaffle?
Heat up your waffle maker and mix your shredded cheese and an egg in a bowl.
Since every recipe is different, be sure you aren’t over-filling the waffle maker. Most recipes will make two chaffles in the small Dash.
Every waffle makers heat time is also different, so look for the golden brown color to signify it is cooked and remove from the waffle maker.
How to prepare the Elevated Chaffle Wagyu Burger
Prepare chaffle 'buns' by using the Viral original recipe (1 egg and 1/2 cup of cheese, layer cheese and egg in waffle maker and cook for several minutes until done to preferred level of crispiness), use a taco cheese blend, and add:
-
1/2 tsp garlic powder
-
1/4 tsp onion powder
-

Prepare a Wagyu burger patty by cooking in a cast iron pan in an air fryer at 480F, seasoned with kosher salt, cracked black peppercorn, onion & garlic powder, trader joe's umami powder
To assemble the sandwich:

Wagyu burger patty

One of the best sandwiches you'll ever have. The chaffles make an excellent replacement for buns that have spectacular flavor from the cheese and seasonings, while the wagyu patty is juicy and tasty, and the sauce was complimentary of everything.
