As you may be aware, the Keto diet or healthy way to live is all the rage. I can personally tell you that this is my third successful round. I’ve lost 7 pounds this week alone! However, this time, it is now my way of life. Following a keto diet doesn’t have to be time consuming nor expensive. I’ve compiled my favorite keto meals, snacks, fat bombs, you name it, all in this easy to save location. Remember as you look through these to be sure what the carbs are. Those of us following keto are all different. Some a zero carb, some 20 carbs or less, 40 or less, etc. Just a side note to my previously mentioned my week’s weight loss, I am following 20 or less.  Feel free to message me any questions you might have.
