Week of Keto Lunch
Lunch also tends to be convenience items. Whether you are at work, or a busy mom, you need easy. I’ve compiled a week of what I think are easy, doable lunches and these happen to be favorites of mine. I find that if I have simple grabable items, I’ll be less likely to indulge in the naughty ones.
