What is the difference between a brownie and a Blondie?

Before I start, do you know what the difference between a brownie and a blondie is? If not, you’re about to find out. A brownie and a blondie are considered opposites of each other. A blondie usually as a vanilla base whereas a brownie has a chocolate base. As you probably have guessed, a blondie looks lighter in color and a browner is darker in color.

How do you know when blondies are done?

One of the most popular questions people have asked me about this keto chocolate chip blondies recipe is how do you know when blondies are done. This is a great question, because who wants an overcooked or undercooked blondie?! Not me! You’ll know when your blondies are done because they’ll start to pull away from the pan and turn a golden brown color. The true test of whether your blondies are done or not is determined by sticking a toothpick into the center of your keto chocolate chip blondies. If the toothpick comes out clean, then your blondies are done.

This recipe is pretty unique, in my opinion, because it offers you a taste of a regular blondie with the twist of chocolate. The chocolate chips added into these keto chocolate chip blondies give your blondies a whole new texture and taste. I know that these blondies help me cure my chocolate craving, so I like to make a batch and keep some on hand in single-serve baggies.
