This roll up has tons of flavor from the selection of meats, cheese, seasonings, lettuce, tomato, and banana peppers.

 

How to Make This

 

Layer one slice of each Italian lunch meat on a flat surface, overlapping them slightly.

Top the meat with a half slice of mozzarella cheese.

Top the mozzarella with a layer of shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes and banana pepper rings down the center of the layers.

Ingredients

  • 6 Slices Sopresso Italian lunch meat
  • 6 Slices Deli Sliced Salami
  • 6 Slices Deli Sliced Pepperoni
  • 2 Slices Mozzarella cheese
  • ½ C. Shredded lettuce
  • 1 Small tomato chopped
  • 12 Slices of mild banana peppers
  • 3 Tbsp. Olive oil
  • 1 Tbsp. Vinegar
  • ¼-½ tsp. Italian seasoning
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
