What You Need for Keto Peach Cobbler 

You’ll Need:

2 large Peaches
1/4 cup Butter
½ tsp. Vanilla Extract
4 tbsp. Stevia (or other low-carb approved sweetener)
½ tsp. Baking Powder
½ tsp. Baking Soda
1 cup Almond Flour

How To Prepare Keto Peach Cobbler 

Preparation of the Keto Peach Cobbler is really easy! Start by preheating your oven to 300º and slicing your peaches. At this time you can also pull your butter out to soften or you can microwave it 1 minute to soften. 

In a large bowl, mix butter, vanilla, Stevia, baking powder, baking soda and almond flour. Spoon finished batter over your sliced peaches. It will be sporadic, not evenly covered. 

Bake your cobbler for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Serve. If desired, serve with keto Ice Cream.
