Keto Savory Sausage Breakfast Cookies

Cook Time: 10-15 minutes

1 lb. Ground pork breakfast sausage
2 oz. Shredded cheddar cheese
2 oz. Shredded mozzarella cheese
½ c Almond flour
4 oz Cream cheese softened
½ tsp Garlic powder
½ tsp Baking powder
¼ tsp Baking soda
1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
2. Cook the sausage in a skillet over medium-high heat. Drain if necessary, and allow to cool down for several minutes.
3. Add the cooked meat to a mixing bowl, and add in the cream cheese, cheddar cheese, mozzarella, almond flour, baking powder, baking soda and garlic powder.
4. Beat on high until well combined.
5. Mix in the eggs until thoroughly combined.
6. Form the mixture into 20 tablespoon sized ball shapes, and place on a parchment lined baking sheet. The savory cookies will flatten as they bake.
7. Bake for 10-15 minutes until browned on top and cooked through.
8. Allow to cool, and remove from the parchment to serve.
