Incorporate nature into your decor

Fall foliage, greenery, pinecones, and other nature aspects look great on a mantel during the fall months! These can be an excellent base for the rest of your design, or you can use them as fillers to round out your mantel. If you are going to be incorporating natural elements into your decor, make sure that you set your fall produce, candles, and other larger items down first, and then work your nature into the crevices to make it look more beautiful.

Pumpkins and gourds are a perfect way to add a natural fall touch to your mantel. While you can mix and match your pieces, I recommend that you don’t go too overboard with the pumpkins.
