I don’t think a recipe can get much simpler. All you really need to prepare is the crust and I’ve given you a four ingredient crust! It resembles a fathead crust, but without the cream cheese which means less calories per pig. Once you’ve got the crust all you need to do is cut any hot dog of choice into pieces and wrap those babies! They only take 30 minutes total to make which means you’ll always have a go-to, sorta classy, super delicious appetizer! And, nothing beats that.

These are prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, sun dried tomatoes, and a fresh leaf of basil skewered on a toothpick. Pretty darn easy and totally delicious. I think the sun-dried tomato is what makes the whole thing. It has so much flavor and when you combine it with the mozzarella, prosciutto and fresh basil it is a perfect bite.

Deviled eggs are loved by everyone and make a hit at a party. The fact that this is not your standard deviled egg makes it even more party friendly.

Paleo Chicken Lettuce Wraps – Fresh, flavorful, and FAST, these easy chicken lettuce wraps will be on the table in no time. They’re a major crowd pleaser! These little gems are so delicious and savory. There’s lots of flavors, (thanks to ginger, garlic, scallions) and they’re perfect for scooping into little lettuce leaves. Just a really great combination of textures and flavors. Just what I love in a lettuce wrap.

This BLT stuffed avocado recipe makes a perfect lunch or snack. It’s naturally healthy, low carb, paleo, and gluten-free. Would it have been faster to just say they contain everything?! It sure feels that way. As if that wasn’t enough, the healthy fat in avocado is oleic acid, which is a monounsaturated fat that reduces inflammation and the risk of cancer (sources hereand here).
