Melt chocolate in your slow cooker with these easy instructions.
Hate the condensation that builds up on the lid? Place a towel over the crock, under the lid.
Out of liners but want to avoid cleanup? Simply line your crock with foil.
Making meat and baked potatoes or corn on the cob and want them to cook at the same time? Wrap in foil!
Warm Your Bread or Tortillas
Making sandwich or taco fillings in your slow cooker? You don’t need to heat up the stove to warm your buns or tortillas. Place them on a glass pie plate and place that on top of the filling inside the slow cooker, cover, and let warm for a few minutes.
Brown Meats First
For added flavor, brown or sear meats first.
Although cleaning is not usually difficult, you can get rid of stubborn stains with white vinegar and baking soda.
