I’ve got you covered with these low carb slow cooker meals that can be made in any type of slow cooker or crock pot. These are so simple, with easy to follow steps and just a few simple ingredients.
Here are some of my favorite tools for cooking in the slow cooker and packaging for the freezer:

- Ziploc bag holder(great for freezer meals)
- Slow cooker liners(to avoid scrubbing)
- Meat Shredders(trust me. This makes light work of shredding meat)
- Tongs(removing hot items)
- Meal prep containers to store and reheat your meals
