This easy, yet delicious take on an Italian Sub is flavorful and crunchy.

Ingredients Needed
You can absolutely use any meat you like, but, to emulate the Italian sub you'll need the basics of one.
This roll up has tons of flavor from the selection of meats, cheese, seasonings, lettuce, tomato, and banana peppers.
How to Make This
Layer one slice of each Italian lunch meat on a flat surface, overlapping them slightly.
Top the meat with a half slice of mozzarella cheese.
Top the mozzarella with a layer of shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes and banana pepper rings down the center of the layers.
Gently roll the meat around the toppings, securing closed with a toothpick.
Repeat steps until you have created 8 roll ups.
What to Serve This With
My favorite way to eat this keto Italian Sub is dipped in Italian dressing.
You can also serve this disassembled on a keto or low-carb bread. I love the Sola bread at Publix.

- 6 Slices Sopresso Italian lunch meat
- 6 Slices Deli Sliced Salami
- 6 Slices Deli Sliced Pepperoni
- 2 Slices Mozzarella cheese

- 12 Slices of mild banana peppers
- 3 Tbsp. Olive oil
- 1 Tbsp. Vinegar
- ¼-½ tsp. Italian seasoning
- Salt and pepper to taste
