To make this delicious mouth-watering keto fudge recipe, you'll need a keto specialty sweetener. The best I have come across is Swerve Confectioners Sweetener, which measures the same as sugar so you'll use the same amount called for in any recipe you're switching.

Ingredients
- ● 1 c. Heavy whipping cream
- ● 2 tbsp Butter unsalted
- ● ⅓ c Swerve Confectioners sugar substitute
- ● 2 tsp Vanilla extract
- ● Red food coloring
- ● Blue food coloring
Instructions
- Heat the heavy whipping cream and 2 tbsp of butter in a saucepan over medium-high heat on the stove.
- Whisk in ⅓ cup of Swerve confectioners sugar substitute until well combined.
- Add in 2 tsp of vanilla extract.
- Cook the mixture down stirring constantly until it has thickened.
- Once thickened, remove from the heat and pour most of the mixture into a parchment lined loaf pan.
- Reserve a few tablespoons of the fudge mixture, and divide it into two small bowls.
- Add a few drops of red food coloring to one bowl, and a few drops of blue to another. Stir until the color is mixed well.
- Starting with the blue colored mixture, use a spoon to drizzle it over the top of the fudge mixture in the loaf pan.
- Drizzle the red mixture over top of the blue in the loaf pan.
- Use the tip of a knife to swirl the colors together lightly.
- Place the fudge in the freezer for a minimum of 3 hours or until hardened.
- Slice into 8 pieces and serve.
