These Bacon Cheeseburger Lettuce Wraps get their abundance of flavor from Sugar-free ketchup, Dijon mustard,Worcestershire sauce, green onions, spices and of course from the bacon, lettuce and tomato!
How to Make This
Cook ground beef until completely browned and drain.
Add the minced garlic, sugar free ketchup, dijon mustard, worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper to taste to the skillet, and saute.
Stir cheese into the meat until melted.

Bacon Cheeseburger Lettuce Wraps
Ingredients
- 2 C. Large lettuce leaves for serving
- 1 lb. Ground beef
- 1 Tbsp. Sugar free ketchup
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. Minced garlic
- 2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 Slices cheddar cheese
- ¼ C. Bacon pieces
- 1 C. Cherry tomatoes halved
- ¼ C. Chopped green onions
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Heat the ground beef in a skillet over medium high heat on the stove until completely browned. Drain any excess fat and reduce the heat to low.
Add the minced garlic, sugar free ketchup, dijon mustard, worcestershire sauce and salt and pepper to taste to the skillet, and saute another minute longer.
Place the cheese slices on top of the meat and place a lid on the skillet until the cheese has melted. Stir to combine well.
Fill the lettuce leaves with the meat mixture and top with sliced tomatoes, green onions and bacon pieces before serving.
