This delicious homemade Keto Mixed Berry Cobbler is not just mouth-watering, but the perfect low carb dessert with fresh summer berries topped with a keto-friendly crust. Just right for the ketogenic diet! Anyone on a keto diet or a low carb diet will love this scrumptious cobbler that makes a great dessert.
Keto Mixed Berry Cobbler Recipe
I’ve been craving anything and everything with fresh fruit or veggies lately. I always love them but sometimes it seems it is all I want. I’m not someone who typically bakes or makes desserts. But, every once in awhile I crave it.
I wanted to make something special for the kids and I thought I would test this as it will make a great summer holiday recipe. Those not on keto or low carb lifestyle will enjoy these, though they may notice a difference. I think this Keto Mixed Berry Cobbler is best served straight out of the oven with a scoop of keto-friendly ice cream on top.
This Keto Mixed Berry Cobber is so easy even a non-baker will prepare with ease.
Once the batter is combined, set aside.
You'll need to cook down the berries a bit.
Once the berries cook down, scoop the batter onto the top of the berries.
If you don't have a cast iron skillet, you can still make this cobbler. After cooking down the berries, you'll add the berries to a greased pan, then top with cobbler. Lodge is the best affordable cast iron.
Oh my! Doesn't it look delicious?! I love eating it warm topped with keto-friendly ice cream.
