Pork chops are one of my favorite meats. They are delicious when simply seasoned or taken to the next level with a dish like this.
Why make Keto Raspberry Basil Glazed Pork Chops
Whether you want something different or want something that is spectacular for guests, these come together by simply throwing the chops on the grill and making the sauce. On a busy weeknight, you can use an air fryer for ease of the chops and make the sauce.
Ingredients You’ll Need
These simple chops need:
- boneless pork chops
- Garlic powder
- Fresh Raspberries
- Olive oil
- Vinegar
- Lemon juice
- Swerve brown sugar substitute
- Fresh chopped basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
How to Cook The Pork Chops
Heat an indoor or outdoor grill, and season the pork chops on both sides with salt, pepper and the garlic powder. Place the pork chops on the grill, and cook until they reach an internal temperature of at least 145 degrees.
If you choose to make them in the air fryer, season the chops and cook approximately 12-14 minutes at 375 degrees. This will vary with size and thickness of the chops.
When I cook in my Air Fryer, I check on them to prevent overcooking just like I would any other method of cooking.
Whether grilled or air fried, you are looking for an internal temperature of at least 145 degrees. As you know, they will cook slightly more as they rest.
How to Cook The Raspberry Basil Glaze
While the pork is cooking, add the raspberries to a skillet with the olive oil over medium heat. Cook until the raspberries soften. Add the vinegar, lemon juice and Swerve brown sugar substitute to the skillet, and stir to combine. Use a potato masher or tines of a fork to mash the raspberries. Stir in the chopped basil and saute until the mixture thickens. Add water as needed to get a sauce that is the consistency that you want.

- 1 tsp. Vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp. Swerve brown sugar substitute
- ½ C. Fresh chopped basil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Water as needed
