Having a busy lifestyle makes it hard for some to maintain a healthy lifestyle because they aren't always sure what to grab on the go. And if you are one of those people who like to snack throughout the day, this may also be hard. So, try these easy keto snacks for the support you need.

Don't despair!  There are several keto snacks out there that will allow you to stay on your new healthy lifestyle journey. I've compiled a list to get you through the day with a snack here or there, healthy options to grab on the go and options to carry with you so you don't grab the wrong thing.

Hard Boiled Eggs

Hard Boiled Eggs are easy keto snacks to have on hand in your fridge whether at home or at work! They are high in protein and a zero carb food that fills you up and keeps you satiated. Additionally, they help if your goal is to lose weight. For me, they are a go-to item.

Don't fret if you are stressed overcooking them because of time and difficulty to peel. I have the answer. You need the Dash Rapid Egg Cooker. I kid you not, this is the egg cooker! I've turned friends onto it who immediately text me once they've used it not only because it is the easiest way to cook eggs, but there was no difficulty peeling.

Beef Jerky

Another go-to item for me. I keep it on hand because it needs no refrigeration. In the morning I can throw one in my bag 'just in case'. So, I am never caught off guard without an option. It is generally low in carbs but you need to check all labels. Some have hidden carbs. I have two favorites in this department. First is Good & Delish Bacon Jerky Maple Flavored followed by Epic Jerky Bites Sampler Bison Meat, Uncured Bacon, Beef Steak, and Chicken Meat. I really love everything from Epic!

Olives are great to have on hand! They are quick to grab and not all require refrigeration. When having company, you can assemble a really good charcuterie board with a selection of meats, cheeses, and olives. Use toothpicks for grabbing and no crackers are necessary!

Pork Rinds

Pork Rinds are another go-to for me. Again, no refrigeration is required and they are great with cream cheese or guacamole or even make some killer nachos with the pork rinds as your "chip". With zero carbs and low cost, they are a great option. Just be sure to read nutrition labels so you don't get caught with hidden carbs. I also crush them and use to bread chicken and fish. Even my kids loved it! Win-Win!

There are many different kinds of cheese, most are great for keto but always check labels. I like to buy the cracker cuts so I can just grab and go. Again, cheese is great for a charcuterie board so you feed your guests but you stay healthy.


Pepperoni is great on keto! They require no refrigeration. Also, they are low carb and give you needed fat and protein. They can be baked in the oven to get crisp and treated like a chip and paired with cream cheese, guacamole or hard cheeses.

Avocados are the perfect keto food. A superfood that packs protein and fat, both important for keto results. While they are great for on the go, they are a little messier than the other snacks I've shared. For this, you'll need a plate and a knife to cut or pre-cut in a container.


Macadamia Nuts

Macadamia nuts are great for keto! They are one of the only food sources that contain palmitoleic acid (a type of monounsaturated fatty acid that is said to speed up fat metabolism and Macadamia nuts are satiating.

Pickles are a great little snack on keto but watch the labels. Carb counts of pickles can vary. Personally, I love Splenda sweetened sweet pickles.

Quest Bars

Quest bars are only 3-4g of net carbs per bar and taste amazing.  My favorite is Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough.

Cold Cuts and Cheese Wraps

Simply roll up ham, turkey, roast beef, or your favorite luncheon meat around a slice of your favorite cheese or a cheese stick for a quick and easy low-carb snack.

Almonds are a great snack choice for keto dieters with under 2.5g of net carbs for a quarter of a cup. Be careful not to overeat.

Celery with Nut Butter or Cream Cheese

Celery is a great keto snack being a negative calorie snack and topping it with a nut butter or cream cheese, it makes for a delicious and satiating snack.
