Smoothies are so in right now! But if you are looking to get healthier or to lose a few pounds, healthy smoothies may be the answer! And, you know the saying is that the first meal of the day is the most important, and I really believe this! I find if I get something in, that it holds me longer. Therefore, I find I snack (or is it binging) less.
Not to mention you need that push of energy. At least, I do! And I certainly and not one to cook first thing in the a.m., so, I find healthy smoothies a great option! Especially since I can pre-pack bags of fruit and veggies to just pop in the freezer and then pop in my blender when I am ready. Easy peasy!
